1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SAVORI platform, including the website at savori.company, online courses, consultation services, and community channels ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" — the website savori.company and all associated services
  • "User," "you" — any individual accessing or using the Platform
  • "We," "us," "SAVORI" — the operator of the Platform
  • "Course" — any educational video content, materials, or resources provided through the Platform
  • "Consultation" — a one-on-one video session booked through the Platform
  • "Content" — all text, video, images, data, and materials on the Platform

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1. To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or through Google authentication.

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

5. Services

5.1. Courses. We provide pre-recorded educational video courses organized into tiers (Foundation, Edge, Institutional). Course content is educational in nature and does not constitute financial advice.

5.2. Consultations. We offer one-on-one video sessions for educational purposes. Consultations are not financial advisory services.

5.3. Community. We may operate community channels (including Telegram groups) subject to their respective community guidelines.

5.4. Waitlist. Before official launch, we collect email addresses through our waitlist. By joining, you consent to receiving launch-related communications.

6. Purchases and Payments

6.1. Course purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

6.2. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided through Stripe.

6.3. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. VAT is applied where required by law.

6.4. You receive access to purchased course content immediately upon successful payment.

7. Access and License

7.1. Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the purchased Course content for your own educational purposes.

7.2. This license is for lifetime access to the purchased Course, including any future updates to that Course.

7.3. You may NOT:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell course content
  • Record, download, or capture course videos
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Circumvent any content protection measures

7.4. We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Platform — including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned by SAVORI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited license described in Section 7.

8.3. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at hello@savori.company.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users in community channels
  • Post spam, promotional content, or misleading information
  • Impersonate any person or entity

10. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

THIS IS IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

10.1. All content provided through the Platform, including courses, consultations, community discussions, and any other materials, is strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

10.2. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance.

10.3. We are NOT a licensed financial advisor, broker, dealer, or registered investment advisor in any jurisdiction.

10.4. Any trading or investment decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. Past performance discussed in our content does not guarantee future results.

10.5. Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

10.6. You should consult with a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAVORI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.

11.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.3. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2. For consumers residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

12.3. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board, but we will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis.

12.4. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in Poland.

13. Changes to Terms

13.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

13.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the Platform.

14. Termination

14.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@savori.company.

14.2. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

14.3. Upon termination, your license to access course content is revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
