We believe in the quality of our educational content. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund process.

Courses — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, for any reason. No questions asked.

How to request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@savori.company
  2. Include your account email and the course name
  3. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days

After 30 days: Refunds are not available after the 30-day period. This is because you have had full access to the course content during that time.

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (processed through Stripe).

Consultations

Before the session: You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation.

Less than 24 hours before: No refund is available, as the time slot has been reserved for you.

After the session: Consultations are non-refundable after they have taken place.

No-shows: If you miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session is considered used and no refund will be issued.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Evidence that course content was downloaded, copied, or redistributed

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Important: By purchasing a course and accessing the digital content immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been provided. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds the statutory 14-day requirement and is provided voluntarily.
